Athletes and anti-doping

A reoccurring complaint in the athletes and anti-doping panel was that athletes are neither consulted nor educated efficiently about their privacy and participation rights. There are new technologies that could be used to detect doping, but governing bodies need to work with athletes when implementing this technology and measuring its efficacy. Part of the problem is that governing bodies are heterogeneous. This lack of diversity leaves blind spots in anti-doping development.
